HTML Translate Terms of Use

1. Use of the Service

The Service allows you to upload HTML files for translation into other languages while attempting to preserve HTML structure, tags, and code. Translations are performed using automated machine translation technology.

2. No Professional Advice / Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service provides automated translations for convenience only. Translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or inappropriate phrasing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any translated content.

The Service is not intended to provide professional translation, legal, technical, or localization advice. For critical content (websites, legal documents, marketing materials, technical documentation), always have translations reviewed by qualified human translators or native speakers.

You use the translated files entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of translated content, including but not limited to broken website functionality, SEO problems, miscommunication, cultural insensitivity, or legal consequences.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service, including uploading files, receiving translations, and downloading results, is at your own risk.

The Service, its content, translations, and any files processed or generated are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We do not warrant that translations will preserve 100% of HTML structure, functionality, or intended meaning.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, developers, service providers, or contributors will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, corruption of files, or any other losses), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages from inaccurate translations, file corruption, data loss, privacy incidents related to temporary file storage, or reliance on the Service.

5. File Handling and Privacy

Original uploaded files are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. Translated files are temporarily stored for up to 24 hours via unique download links and automatically deleted thereafter. You are solely responsible for downloading your files within this period. We are not liable for loss of access, deletion, or any issues related to temporary storage.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
